This book brings together my major trauma and civilian emergency-care teaching with selected published disaster-medicine work by Dr Debra Gershov-West and colleagues. It proposes shared simulation training for Iranian and Israeli clinicians and early-care education for diaspora communities in the UK, US, EU and elsewhere. The 15 chapters, eight fictional scenarios, two course timetables and five practical appendices support local course planning, assessment, handover and improvement. Community and clinical learning tracks have separate scopes. The host clinical lead must review the curriculum and local protocols before teaching. This is a proposed educational framework, not an accredited qualification or an operational deployment plan. Dr Gershov-West and colleagues are source authors, not co-authors, reviewers or confirmed partners; no institutional endorsement is claimed. Care is based on need, regardless of nationality, religion or political opinion.
